Dancing on the Mountain

Did a great photo shoot with Ballet Kelowna dancer Kurt Werner up at the top of Knox Mountain here in Kelowna. Then we moved into town for a few urban shots. It was one of these days where we first decided to cancel due to weather but after looking at the spectacular clouds that were developing and the hint of blue sky in the direction I knew we'd be shooting in, I called up Kurt and we agreed to meet up at the top.

It's always SUCH a pleasure to photograph dancers - they are truly the most elite athletes and the ultimate combination of sport and art. And Kurt's quirky, fun, sense of humour makes it all the more fun to work with him.
